El tabaco sin humo tradicional está permitido en Congo y se regula como un producto de tabaco conforme a la legislación nacional. Por lo tanto, la venta de este producto es legal y también se permite su uso individual. Sin embargo, no está autorizada la compra en línea de tabaco sin humo tradicional. Todos los empaques deben incluir una advertencia sanitaria, de acuerdo con las normativas aplicables a los productos de tabaco. Además, solo las personas mayores de 18 años pueden comprar tabaco sin humo.
