En Congo, no existe una ley que regule específicamente los cigarrillos electrónicos. Sin embargo, según el Informe de la OMS sobre la epidemia mundial de tabaquismo (2022), no hay prohibiciones generales sobre los Sistemas Electrónicos de Administración de Nicotina (SEAN) ni sobre los Sistemas Electrónicos de Administración sin Nicotina (SEASN). A pesar de esto, la publicidad de los SEAN está prohibida y la edad mínima para comprar estos dispositivos es de 18 años. Además, el uso de SEAN está prohibido en espacios públicos cerrados, lugares de trabajo y transporte público. Para obtener información actualizada sobre la normativa relacionada con los cigarrillos electrónicos en Congo, el equipo de GSTHR agradece cualquier aporte nuevo.
