В Конго отсутствует специальное законодательство, регулирующее электронные сигареты. Однако, согласно Докладу ВОЗ о глобальной табачной эпидемии (2022), общих запретов на электронные системы доставки никотина (ЭСДН) и электронные системы доставки без никотина не предусмотрено. Тем не менее реклама ЭСДН запрещена, а минимальный возраст для их покупки установлен на уровне 18 лет. Кроме того, использование ЭСДН запрещено в закрытых общественных местах, на рабочих местах и в общественном транспорте. Для получения самой актуальной информации по регулированию электронных сигарет в Конго команда GSTHR приветствует любые новые сведения.
