В Саудовской Аравии распространённость курения среди взрослых в возрасте 15 лет и старше остаётся серьёзной проблемой общественного здравоохранения. По состоянию на 2024 год насчитывалось примерно 4,2 миллиона людей, которые курят табак, что свидетельствует о постепенном увеличении по сравнению с 3,2 миллиона в 2019 году.
