Стиковые табачные изделия (ПНТ) в Мальдивской Республике запрещены законом, который охватывает их ввоз, продажу, использование и любые виды рекламы. Общие налоговые ставки на табачные изделия составляют 200% от стоимости, страховки и фрахта (CIF) для всех видов табачных изделий, кроме сигарет, а также для товаров, предназначенных для их потребления; этот налог взимается при ввозе.
