В Ливане традиционные бездымные табачные изделия разрешены законом и регулируются как табачная продукция. В 2019 году насчитывалось примерно 59 800 человек, которые их употребляют, при распространённости среди взрослых 1,2%. Уровень употребления заметно выше среди мужчин (2,2%) по сравнению с женщинами (0,1%). В том же году ежедневное употребление составляло 0,7% в целом, при этом среди мужчин этот показатель достигал 1,2%. Данный продукт можно легально использовать, продавать, покупать через интернет, а также он активно рекламируется в стране. Реклама разрешена, но только в местах продаж. Требуется размещение предупреждений о вреде для здоровья на упаковке, защищённой от детей, а минимальный возраст для покупки установлен на уровне 18 лет. Важно отметить, что акциз на бездымный табак в Ливане отсутствует, то есть данная продукция не облагается табачным налогом.
