В Ливане предусмотрено позитивное регулирование стиковых табачных изделий (ПНТ) типа снус. В соответствии с действующими правилами продажа, покупка и использование снуса разрешены законом, при этом не установлено ограничений на ассортимент вкусов и не взимается акцизный налог. Однако действуют определённые требования: производители обязаны размещать предупреждения о вреде для здоровья на упаковке, а заявления о положительном влиянии на здоровье запрещены.
