Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) is allowed by law in Morocco, although its products are not regulated as medicinal products. As a result, it is legal to use and sell NRT products, and purchasing them without a prescription is permitted. NRT products are available in pharmacies throughout the country. However, there is no government support for NRT, as it is not included on Morocco’s essential drugs list.
