В Марокко Никотин-заместительная терапия (НЗТ) разрешена законом, хотя препараты НЗТ не регулируются как лекарственные средства. Таким образом, использование и продажа продуктов НЗТ являются законными, и их можно приобрести без рецепта. Препараты НЗТ доступны в аптеках по всей стране. Однако государственная поддержка НЗТ отсутствует, поскольку она не включена в перечень жизненно необходимых лекарственных средств в Марокко.
