La terapia de reemplazo de nicotina (TRN) está permitida por la ley en Marruecos, aunque sus productos no se regulan como medicamentos. Por lo tanto, es legal utilizar y vender productos de TRN, y su compra sin receta está permitida. Estos productos están disponibles en farmacias de todo el país. Sin embargo, no existe apoyo gubernamental para la TRN, ya que no está incluida en la lista de medicamentos esenciales de Marruecos.
