E-cigarettes are legally banned in Chile, including their online purchase. Despite this ban, data from 2022 indicate that there were approximately 153,800 current vapers in the country. The adult current e-cigarette vaping prevalence was 1% overall, with 0.5% among females and 1.4% among males. In the same year, the adult daily e-cigarette vaping prevalence was estimated to be 0.6% overall, including 0.3% among females and 0.9% among males.
