В Нигерии никотиновые пакетики являются легальными, их разрешено продавать, покупать онлайн и использовать. Ограничений по ассортименту вкусов не установлено. Тем не менее, действуют определённые ограничения: запрещено указывать какие-либо заявления о пользе для здоровья, а содержание никотина в каждом пакетике не должно превышать 16,6 мг. Ставка акцизного налога составляет от 10% до 50% по сравнению с налогом, взимаемым с сигарет.
