Стиковые табачные изделия (ПНТ) разрешены к продаже, использованию и ввозу для коммерческих целей в Кувейте и регулируются как табачные изделия. Это также подразумевает возможность ввоза ПНТ для личного пользования, хотя такое право не прописано напрямую. Маркетинг ПНТ разрешён. Однако существуют определённые ограничения: запрещены все формы рекламы ПНТ, установлен минимальный возраст для покупки — 18 лет, а использование этих изделий ограничено в общественных местах.
