Традиционные бездымные табачные изделия разрешены в Эритрее и регулируются как табачная продукция, поэтому их употребление и продажа легальны, а также разрешена покупка онлайн. Действует запрет на любую рекламу, а на упаковках обязательно размещаются предупреждения о вреде для здоровья. Минимальный возраст для покупки бездымных табачных изделий составляет 18 лет.
