Продажа электронных сигарет разрешена. Ограничения, применяемые к курению и табачным изделиям, а также к рекламе, продвижению и спонсорству, распространяются и на электронные сигареты. На 30 процентах передней стороны упаковки электронных сигарет должна размещаться текстовая предупреждающая надпись о вреде для здоровья. Продажа электронных сигарет запрещена тем, кто не достиг 18 лет.
