Se permite la venta de cigarrillos electrónicos. Las restricciones aplicables al consumo y venta de tabaco, así como las relativas a la publicidad, promoción y patrocinio, también se extienden a los cigarrillos electrónicos. Es obligatorio incluir advertencias sanitarias solo en texto que cubran el 30 por ciento de la parte frontal del envase de los productos de cigarrillos electrónicos. La venta de cigarrillos electrónicos está prohibida a menores de 18 años.
