Sprzedaż e-papierosów jest dozwolona. Ograniczenia dotyczące palenia i wyrobów tytoniowych, reklamy, promocji oraz sponsorowania mają również zastosowanie do e-papierosów. Na przedniej części opakowania e-papierosów wymagane jest umieszczenie ostrzeżenia zdrowotnego w formie tekstowej, zajmującego 30 procent powierzchni. Sprzedaż e-papierosów osobom poniżej 18. roku życia jest zabroniona.
