 It’s the second in our GSTHR series which documents the development of tobacco harm reduction and use, availability and regulatory responses to safer nicotine products around the world, and comes two years after No Fire, No Smoke, our first GSTHR report (2018).

Note on printing the report: 

1. If you intend to print the report on a home/office printer, consider setting the print range to pages 4 to 160. Pages 1,2,161,162 are black covers that will consume a lot of printing toner/ink.
2. If you intend to print the report in a copy shop / professional printing facility, we suggest using this version of the document - it is a 70+ Mb document, with page bleeds, suitable for borderless printing.
