Zgodnie z prawem obowiązującym w Nigerii, tradycyjne bezdymne wyroby tytoniowe są dozwolone i podlegają regulacjom jako produkty tytoniowe. Sprzedaż i używanie są legalne, jednak zakazane są zakupy przez internet.
