Why does the GSTHR use "vaping product" as well as "e-cigarette"?

We recognise that many people use the term e-cigarette. However, we prefer the terms "vaping product" or "vaping device". "E-cigarette" is too easily confused with the idea of smoking a cigarette. The most important innovation of vaping devices is they do not emit toxic smoke, but substantially safer vapour.
