En Senegal no existen leyes específicas sobre los productos de tabaco calentado (HTPs, por sus siglas en inglés). Sin embargo, estos productos se consideran y regulan como productos de tabaco en el país. Por lo tanto, los HTPs no pueden venderse a menores de edad ni pueden ser objeto de promoción o publicidad bajo ninguna modalidad. La importación de HTPs para uso personal no se encuentra expresamente contemplada en los recursos en línea disponibles.
