W Senegalu nie istnieją przepisy szczegółowo dotyczące podgrzewanych wyrobów tytoniowych, jednak produkty te są klasyfikowane i regulowane jako wyroby tytoniowe. W związku z tym podgrzewane wyroby tytoniowe nie mogą być sprzedawane osobom niepełnoletnim ani promowane czy reklamowane w jakiejkolwiek formie. Kwestia importu tych produktów na użytek własny nie została jednoznacznie uregulowana w dostępnych źródłach internetowych.
