Botsuana no cuenta con leyes específicas sobre los Productos de Tabaco Calentado. Sin embargo, conforme a la regulación general de productos de tabaco, está prohibido vender, importar, comercializar, publicitar cualquier forma de producto de tabaco y utilizarlo en espacios públicos. La edad mínima para la venta de productos de tabaco es de 21 años.
