Belarus legally allows e-cigarettes, including their sale and use. However, vaping products cannot be purchased from vending machines. No restrictions exist on their flavours. The law does not mandate manufacturers to notify authorities of the introduction of new vaping products into the market but require them to include health warnings on their packaging. Restrictions also exist on their use in public places, and the maximum allowable nicotine concentration is 20 mg/ml.

In 2020, the current prevalence of vaping among adults in Belarus was 6.1% which translates to an estimated 471,478 vapers. This prevalence was 2.3% among females and 9.8% among males.
