Курение в Сент-Винсенте и Гренадинах разрешено при соблюдении определённых ограничений. Сигареты можно легально продавать и покупать, в том числе онлайн и через торговые автоматы. Импорт для коммерческих целей также разрешён при наличии импортной лицензии. Продвижение сигаретной продукции допускается с определёнными ограничениями, однако полного запрета на рекламу курения нет. На упаковке обязательны предупреждения о вреде для здоровья, при этом применяется упаковка, защищённая от детей. Минимальный возраст для покупки сигарет законом не установлен, также отсутствуют правовые ограничения на курение в общественных местах. Сигареты облагаются совокупным налогом в размере 23,23%. Согласно данным о распространённости, к 2024 году в стране насчитывалось около 10 000 человек, которые в настоящее время курят, что соответствует 12,2% взрослого населения: 2,5% среди женщин и 21,9% среди мужчин. В 2021 году курение стало причиной, по оценкам, 49 смертей в Сент-Винсенте и Гренадинах, включая 38 мужчин и 11 женщин. Таким образом, курение стало причиной 4,27% всех смертей в стране, в том числе 5,64% смертей среди мужчин и 2,28% — среди женщин в 2021 году.
