В Свазиленде, также известном как Эсватини, по данным на 2024 год распространённость курения табака среди взрослых в возрасте 15 лет и старше составляет 15,8% среди мужчин и только 1,7% среди женщин, при общей доле взрослого населения, которое курит, 8,6%. Это немного больше, чем в 2020 году, когда показатели составляли 14,2% среди мужчин, 0,9% среди женщин и 7,4% в целом.
