Никотин-заместительная терапия (НЗТ) разрешена в Свазиленде (Эсватини), и её препараты регулируются как лекарственные средства. Соответственно, продажа и использование препаратов НЗТ являются легальными. Эти препараты доступны в аптеках, однако для их приобретения требуется рецепт врача. Государство не предоставляет финансовой поддержки при покупке НЗТ, поскольку данные препараты не включены в национальный перечень жизненно необходимых лекарственных средств.
