Никотин-заместительная терапия (НЗТ) разрешена в Саудовской Аравии, и соответствующие препараты регулируются как лекарственные средства. Использование и продажа продукции НЗТ являются законными, а её приобретение допускается без рецепта. Такие препараты доступны в аптеках по всей стране. Государство поддерживает НЗТ, включив её в перечень жизненно важных лекарственных средств Саудовской Аравии, поэтому стоимость НЗТ полностью покрывается за счёт государства. Ориентировочный объем рынка Никотин-заместительная терапия составляет 2.2 million €.
