На январь 2025 года электронные сигареты разрешены в Саудовской Аравии и регулируются определёнными правилами. Импорт, продажа и онлайн-покупка устройств для вейпинга и никотина легальны, а продукты для парения находятся в продаже. Реклама регулируется, и электронные сигареты можно приобрести без рецепта. Согласно последним доступным данным за 2019 год, в Саудовской Аравии было примерно 202 300 человек, которые парят. Распространённость парения среди взрослого населения составляла 0,8%, среди женщин — 0,4%. Эти данные свидетельствуют об использовании в Саудовской Аравии стратегий снижения вреда от табака.
