Стиковые табачные изделия (ПНТ) запрещены законом в Шри-Ланке, что включает запрет на их производство, импорт и продажу. Эти положения распространяются на табачные изделия в целом и могут применяться к ПНТ, поскольку они регулируются как табачная продукция: на упаковке обязательны предупреждения о вреде для здоровья, реклама и маркетинг запрещены, а использование в общественных местах не допускается. Минимальный возраст для покупки табачных изделий составляет 21 год.
