Никотин-заместительная терапия (НЗТ) разрешена законом в Ливане, и её препараты регулируются как лекарственные средства. Таким образом, использование и продажа НЗТ являются легальными, и их можно приобретать без рецепта. Препараты НЗТ доступны в аптеках по всей стране. Государство поддерживает НЗТ, поскольку она включена в перечень основных лекарственных средств Ливана, поэтому её стоимость полностью покрывается государством.
