Снюс разрешён в Кении на законодательном уровне, что допускает его продажу, покупку и употребление. Ограничения на ассортимент вкусов отсутствуют. Однако существуют некоторые другие ограничения: на упаковке обязательно наличие предупреждений о вреде для здоровья, а заявления о пользе для здоровья не допускаются. Акцизные налоги составляют более 50% или взимаются в эквивалентном размере налогообложения сигарет.
