В Кении законом разрешено использование стиковых табачных изделий (ПНТ). Их продажа, покупка и потребление легально разрешены, они доступны без рецепта. Ассортимент вкусов таких изделий не ограничивается. Вместе с тем необходимо учитывать ряд важных ограничений: на упаковке ПНТ обязательно должны размещаться предупреждения о вреде для здоровья, а любая реклама этой продукции запрещена. Акцизная ставка на ПНТ составляет 10% от ставки, установленной для обычных сигарет. Таким образом, ПНТ разрешены в Кении, однако подлежат ряду определённых регулирований.
