По состоянию на март 2025 года количество пользователей стиковых табачных изделий (ПНТ) оценивалось в 312 000 человек, что соответствует распространённости 4,1% среди взрослых, при этом среди женщин — 0,7% и среди мужчин — 3,4%. В Иордании стиковые табачные изделия (ПНТ) являются легальными и регулируются как табачная продукция. Продажа и покупка ПНТ разрешены, также разрешён импорт товара для коммерческих целей, что подразумевает возможность импорта для личного пользования, хотя ни один конкретный источник прямо не подтверждает этот факт. Существуют определённые регуляторные ограничения: реклама и продвижение ПНТ запрещены, продукция должна продаваться в упаковке, защищённой от детей, и упаковке с защитой от вскрытия. На упаковке обязательно должны присутствовать предупреждения о вреде для здоровья, а также установлены ограничения по ароматизаторам. Кроме того, использование ПНТ не разрешается в общественных местах. На ПНТ распространяется налоговый режим для табачных изделий, включая акциз в размере 3 иорданских динаров за 200 единиц.
