В Иордании электронные сигареты официально разрешены и регулируются законом, при этом их использование и реклама частично ограничены. Импорт, продажа и онлайн-покупка устройств для вейпинга и никотина разрешены, однако реклама этих товаров запрещена. Кроме того, использование электронных сигарет не допускается в общественных закрытых помещениях, а приобрести их без рецепта невозможно. Несмотря на действующие ограничения, продукция для вейпинга продолжает продаваться в стране. По данным на 2020 год, в Иордании насчитывалось примерно 683 300 человек, которые курят электронные сигареты, что составляет 10,3% взрослого населения; среди мужчин этот показатель достигал 16,5%, тогда как среди женщин он был значительно ниже — 3,9%.
