W Jordanii papierosy elektroniczne są legalne i podlegają regulacjom, choć obowiązują pewne ograniczenia dotyczące ich użycia i reklamy. Import, sprzedaż i zakup zarówno urządzeń, jak i nikotyny do e-papierosów, również przez internet, są dozwolone, jednak reklamowanie tych produktów jest zakazane. Ponadto wapowanie jest zabronione wewnątrz pomieszczeń publicznych, a nabycie e-papierosów bez recepty nie jest dozwolone. Mimo tych regulacji produkty do wapowania są obecne na rynku. Jeśli chodzi o rozpowszechnienie wapowania, w 2020 roku w Jordanii było około 683 300 użytkowników e-papierosów, co stanowi 10,3% dorosłej populacji. Wśród mężczyzn odsetek aktualnych użytkowników e-papierosów wynosił 16,5%, natomiast wśród kobiet był wyraźnie niższy i wynosił 3,9%.
