Электронные сигареты с никотином в Ямайке классифицируются как лекарственные средства и подпадают под действие Закона о пище и лекарствах 1975 года, который запрещает продажу, распространение, импорт или производство препарата, не зарегистрированного в Министерстве здравоохранения.
