В Соединённом Королевстве электронные сигареты разрешены и регулируются национальным законодательством в области табачных и никотиносодержащих продуктов. Однако недавнее законодательство запрещает продажу, предложение к продаже и хранение с целью продажи одноразовых электронных сигарет. Заявления о пользе электронных сигарет как средств для прекращения курения допускаются при условии, что они основаны на доказательствах и соответствуют действующим нормативам.
