Курение в Доминике разрешено законом с определёнными ограничениями. Сигареты можно продавать и покупать легально, включая онлайн-продажи и через торговые автоматы. Ввоз сигарет для коммерции допускается при наличии импортной лицензии. Минимальный возраст для продажи сигарет не установлен, а требования к размещению предупреждений о вреде для здоровья на упаковке отсутствуют. Общая ставка налога на сигареты составляет 0,26%. По оценкам, в 2024 году в Доминике насчитывалось около 7 000 человек, которые курят в настоящее время. В 2021 году примерно 32 смерти в Доминике были связаны с курением, из них 24 мужчины и 7 женщин. Это составляет 4,12% от всех случаев смерти в 2021 году, включая 5,94% смертей среди мужчин и 2,07% среди женщин.
