En Dominica, fumar está legalmente permitido con ciertas restricciones y se regula como un producto de tabaco. Los cigarrillos pueden venderse y comprarse legalmente, incluso en línea y a través de máquinas expendedoras. La importación de cigarrillos con fines comerciales está permitida con una licencia de importación. No existe una edad mínima para la venta de cigarrillos y no se exige la inclusión de advertencias sanitarias en los empaques. Los cigarrillos están sujetos a una tasa general de impuestos del 0.26%. En 2021, se estimó que 32 muertes en Dominica se atribuyeron al consumo de tabaco; de ellas, 24 correspondieron a hombres y 7 a mujeres. Esto indica que el tabaquismo representó el 4.12% de todas las muertes en 2021, incluyendo el 5.94% de las muertes masculinas y el 2.07% de las muertes femeninas.
