Бангладеш, в отличие от продукции для вейпинга электронных сигарет, имеет благоприятное регулирование в отношении снюса: его разрешено продавать, покупать онлайн и использовать. Ограничений по вкусовым вариантам нет. Тем не менее, сохраняются некоторые ограничения: нельзя указывать на упаковке заявления о пользе для здоровья, однако на упаковке требуется размещать предупреждения о вреде для здоровья. Акцизные налоги на этот продукт не взимаются.
