Тем не менее, существуют определённые регулятивные ограничения: на упаковке обязательно размещение предупреждений о вреде для здоровья, но ассортимент вкусов не ограничен. Использование заявлений о пользе для здоровья запрещено. Акцизная ставка составляет 0%.
