Terapia zastępcza nikotynowa (NRT) jest dozwolona w Tunezji, choć jej produkty nie są regulowane jako leki. W związku z tym sprzedaż produktów NRT jest legalna, jednak ich zakup wymaga recepty. Produkty NRT są dostępne w aptekach na terenie całego kraju. Państwo nie zapewnia wsparcia dla terapii zastępczej nikotynowej, ponieważ nie znajduje się ona na liście podstawowych leków w Tunezji.
