W Kambodży palenie tytoniu wśród dorosłych pozostaje poważnym problemem zdrowia publicznego. Według szacunków Światowej Organizacji Zdrowia (WHO) z 2022 roku, skorygowana rozpowszechnienie palenia wśród osób w wieku 15 lat i starszych wynosiła 14,1%. Rozbijając te dane według płci, 27,3% mężczyzn i 1,6% kobiet paliło papierosy. Oznacza to niewielki spadek wśród mężczyzn w porównaniu do 28,0% w 2020 roku oraz bardziej zauważalny spadek względem 32,3% w 2019 roku. Całkowita liczba palaczy tytoniu w 2022 roku wyniosła około 1 639 527, co oznacza spadek w stosunku do 1 897 322 w 2019 roku. W 2017 roku odsetek dorosłych palących codziennie wynosił 15,5%, przy wskaźniku 30,4% wśród mężczyzn i 1,9% wśród kobiet. Skutki zdrowotne palenia w Kambodży są poważne.
