Na Fidżi, zgodnie z nowelizacją dekretu o kontroli tytoniu z 2014 roku, papierosy elektroniczne zostały włączone do regulacji dotyczących wyrobów tytoniowych zawartych w dekrecie o kontroli tytoniu z 2010 roku. Oznacza to, że sprzedaż e-papierosów osobom niepełnoletnim (poniżej 18. roku życia) jest zabroniona, podobnie jak ich reklama oraz używanie w środkach transportu publicznego i niektórych zamkniętych przestrzeniach publicznych. Reklama w punkcie sprzedaży może ograniczać się wyłącznie do nazwy firmy lub znaku towarowego.
