En Fiyi, el Decreto de Control del Tabaco (Enmienda) de 2014 incluye los cigarrillos electrónicos y establece que estos se incorporarán junto con otros productos de tabaco en el decreto de control del tabaco de 2010. Esto implica que no se pueden vender cigarrillos electrónicos a menores de 18 años, ni publicitarlos, ni utilizarlos en el transporte público o en determinados espacios públicos cerrados. La publicidad en el punto de venta debe limitarse únicamente al nombre de la empresa o la marca registrada.
