Los Productos de Tabaco Calentado (PTC) están prohibidos por ley en Seychelles y se regulan como productos de tabaco. De acuerdo con estas normativas, es ilegal fabricar, vender, comercializar, promocionar o publicitar productos de tabaco. También está prohibido su uso en lugares públicos y la edad mínima para la venta es de 18 años. Se requiere que los empaques incluyan advertencias sanitarias, así como la notificación de nuevos productos. No obstante, algunas fuentes señalan que los productos de tabaco pueden importarse con la licencia correspondiente.
