En Panamá, la venta de productos de tabaco calentado, incluyendo los componentes que son parte integral de estos productos, está prohibida según la Resolución N.º 0953 del 15 de mayo de 2018. Dicha resolución también prohíbe el uso de productos de tabaco calentado en los lugares donde está prohibido fumar.
