En Mauricio, los productos de tabaco calentado están prohibidos por ley y se regulan como productos de tabaco. De acuerdo con estas disposiciones, está prohibido importarlos tanto para fines comerciales como para uso personal, así como venderlos, comercializarlos, promocionarlos o publicitarlos bajo cualquier forma. Además, su uso está prohibido en lugares públicos, lugares de trabajo y en el transporte público.
