Los cigarrillos electrónicos y otros dispositivos que contienen nicotina están clasificados y regulados como productos de tabaco según la Ley de Georgia sobre el Control del Tabaco de 2017. Está prohibida la venta de cigarrillos electrónicos a menores de 18 años, así como en lugares donde es probable la presencia de niños, como escuelas o tiendas de juguetes. También está prohibida la venta a través de máquinas expendedoras y la venta minorista por internet está restringida. Los empaques deben incluir un mensaje de advertencia sobre los riesgos para la salud. Asimismo, está prohibida la promoción de cigarrillos electrónicos que contengan nicotina. No se permite vapear en lugares públicos ni en el transporte público.
